Step 1: Initial consultation. Focus is on de-cluttering, neutralizing, moving out, recommended updates, paint colors, flooring, lighting, fixture replacement, surface updates, landscaping, general repairs and beyond to come up with ideas on overall budgets and scenarios based on the market.
