The Perfect Plan
Step 1: Initial consultation. Focus is on de-cluttering, neutralizing, moving out, recommended updates, paint colors, flooring, lighting, fixture replacement, surface updates, landscaping, general repairs and beyond to come up with ideas on overall budgets and scenarios based on the market.
Step 2: We work with contractors and vendors to gather estimates and plan the scope of the work needed. We help with all of the cosmetic and design choices, and can be there every step of the way during the updating and repair process.
