Deidra’s love of real estate began in 2001 when she became a residential real estate agent. In 2012 she joined a national top producing real estate team for the DC Metropolitan area. She worked as the team’s coordinator and right hand to the team lead implementing systems and processes, assisting with sales administration and transaction coordination, and acting as the liaison for all the parties involved in the contract file.

Later, while practicing real estate full time, she created a full-service home staging company where she worked with some of the top builders, listing agents and investors in the market.

All of this experience culminated into the creation of Perfect Plan Real Estate Services. Now located in Chattanooga, TN. but available Nationwide with remote transaction coordination and virtual home staging services.
