We work together with our contractor, furniture and accessory vendors and with our years of experience in designing to appeal, utilitarian know-how for living, and sourcing/ purchasing savvy, to create a knockout home-away-from-home experience for your guests.

Photo-Styling
This service is for properties that have already gone through a consultation with us or are ready to be listed on the market and just need that final touch/ eye before the photo shoot. We come in a day or two before the photos and make all the final suggestions and help with the final touches for photos to look their best. This includes what to keep out and what to put away and how to have the home set for when the photographer arrives. Pricing starts at $125.00

E-Staging
This is for the savvy client who maybe wants to do it themselves or just does not have the time or desire to meet for a consultation, but would like recommendations. Through property information that includes provided photos and measurements, we can put together scenarios, ideas and shopping and to-do lists to help you with your perfect plan. Pricing starts at $125.00.
