Every property needs a plan and with an occupied property, it needs a consultation. You may need a  walk-through with a detailed, bulleted room by room to-do list. You may have been in your home for many years and you need a full game plan on how to declutter, get rid, store, organize, update and renovate. Perfect Plan Staging will come in with experienced and objective vision to help you with your home’s best plan of action.

This is an excellent investment for 1- 1.5 hour room by room and exterior walk and talk with a professional stager. Notes can be taken by the client, and a follow up email with bulleted to-do’s in each room will be sent after the consultation.

$295 - $450

This when you want our proven action plan that you will utilize as your reference and to-do list. This can also be an option for the client that wants to do it themselves and would like a shopping list and some support after the consultation. A room by room and exterior consultation and assessment will be done with a professional home stager, then a more formal report with bullets for each space will be provided after the consultation. This report can include specific to the property timelines/ game plans, vendor referrals, paint, fixture and finishes recommendations and email support.
